I am on the ship that believes this team genuinely updates the sport for Animal Crossing Bells free because they couldn't get everything they wanted performed by launching date. I think other games/publishers might be predatory, for example EA, when they provide dlc before the games are launched, as well as chances to microtransactions.
I played the game a great deal and while I love the capacity of this but I believe that the game is sloppily made and predatory since they pushed greatly for folks to get online subscriptions (such as your island is secured on particular colors, if I need something pink I gotta trade) and secured items and lately villagers behind a paywall (you gotta purchase amiboos for Sanrio villagers and things ).
The main disappointment is villager dialog and personality, they are essentially equal to each other based on personality type and hobby and although some grow on you it's still quite underwhelming. In addition, I think"Free updates" is a weird flex because it implies that we're lucky we don't need to cover things which honestly should have been there from the start (like more layout slots and storage expansions).
I agree wholeheartedly on the lack of dialogue from villagers. For a game in which the primary"content" revolves around building a tiny town on your own island, the residents need more love. It is a huge letdown for every villager of the exact same personality type to Cheap Nook Miles Ticket essentially say the specific same number of lines for you.
